2. Application for Vrindavan Yojana 04, Sector 20, Lucknow is being accepted online only through this page-(Application Link) .

3. Registration is open from November 01, 2024 to November 30, 2024.

4. Non-Refundable Application fees is Rs. 1000 + 18% GST. Application page will be activated only once this is successfuly paid.

5. Document as required for filling the Application :

a. Photo and scanned Signature of Applicant

b. Address Proof

c. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)

d. Horizontal Reservation Certificate (If Applicable)

e. Nomination Certificate (Only in Nominee is added)

f. Affidavit as per registration booklet

g. Cancelled cheque/ passbook copy for refund

6. Please retain the original copy of attached documents. It will be required during allottment process.

7. Applicant is requested to give his own bank account details. Same will be used for refund in case of non allotment . Any discrepancy in Bank details may lead to refund being initiated in wrong account. Neither bank nor UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad will be responsible for any such act of omission by applicant.
